U.S. and World Bank to provide an additional 2.2 trillion won to Ukraine

The U.S. government and the World Bank will provide an additional 2.2 trillion won to help Ukrainian medical staff.

The US Agency for International Development announced on the 12th (local time) that it would provide an additional 2.2227 trillion won for humanitarian aid, including medical staff pay, together with the World Bank.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said: “This assistance will enable the Ukrainian government to provide essential services to its people.”
